The second quarter of 2025 saw varied performance among the top Film & Television applications on the Android platform in the Middle East. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the trends for these leading apps.

VOX Cinemas experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting with over 10K downloads at the beginning of the quarter and ending with approximately 6.9K downloads by the end of June. The app's active users showed a positive trend, rising from 54.8K to over 81.6K by the end of the quarter.

muvi Cinemas showed a significant increase in downloads, particularly in June, peaking at about 16.4K in the week of June 9. Weekly active users also saw an upward trend, rising from 52.9K to 114.3K over the quarter.

Empire Cinemas had a relatively stable download trend with a slight peak in early June reaching around 4.7K downloads. The app's active user base increased steadily from 7.9K to 15.8K throughout the quarter.

Reel Cinemas maintained a consistent download rate, with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter with approximately 874 downloads. Active users remained stable, hovering around 8.6K by the end of June.

TodayTix – Theatre Tickets experienced a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at 721 in mid-June. The app's active users remained stable, with a slight increase from 2.6K to 2.8K.
